Patrick J. Horan, MD, MBA, FACS
Patrick J. Horan is an orthopaedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist with two decades of experience. He is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Duke University in Durham, N.C., Dr. Horan earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. Residency and Internship were both completed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He also received an MBA from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala.
Dr. Horan served 10 years on active duty in the US Army as an orthopaedic surgeon before entering into private practice. Dr. Horan is the founder of the Westchase Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation and the official surgeon of the Tampa Bay Rowdies. He maintains professional memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Brett G. Menmuir, MD
Dr. Brett Menmuir is. Aboard certified orthopaedic spine surgeon of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He has over 15 years of experience performing over 7,000 minimally invasive spine procedures including sacroiliac joint fusions and motion preservation surgery.
A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Dr. Menmuir earned his undergraduate degree in science from Georgetown University, and his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. This was followed by a residency in orthopaedic spine surgery at Louisiana State University and a fellowship at Twin Cities Spine Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Before joining Westchase Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, Dr. Menmuir spend more than 14 years at Reno Orthopaedic Clinic as the spine team leader and most recently practiced at Laser Spine Institute. Dr. Menmuir has served as a clinical professor at University of Nevada Reno, published several studies, and has consulted for numerous companies on spinal device development for minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Menmuir has a “less is more” approach to surgery and has perfected his minimally invasive techniques so that his patients may return back to their lifestyles as quickly as possible.
Dr. Menmuir is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Society of Lateral Access Surgery, Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and AO Spine. Dr. Menmuir is currently accepting new patients and accepts most insurance plans.


Wendell J. Bulmer, DO
Wendell J. Bulmer is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon with three decades of experience.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from the university of Southern Maine, Dr. Bulmer earned his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England. Upon finishing his degree Dr. Bulmer completed his osteopathic internship with St. Barnabas Hospital, his general surgery residency with the Cabrini Medical Center in New York, NY, and his orthopaedic surgery residency in Peninsula Hospital in Far Rockaway, NY.
Dr. Bulmer maintains professional memberships with the American Osteopathic Association and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Bulmer is currently accepting new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
Kaitlyn Campo PA-C
Kaitlyn Campo is a board certified Physician Assistant who earned her degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. She is an associate member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a professional member of the American Academy of Sports Medicine.
Kaitlyn first earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology at University of South Florida. During her time there, she was a Division 1 NCAA cross country and track scholarship athlete. She then combined her passions of medicine and athletics by focusing on orthopaedics. During her time at NSU, she completed rotations in general orthopaedics, sports orthoapedics, and orthopaedic oncology as well as running collegially on Nova’s cross country team.


Simeon Lao PT, DPT, MTC, CFC, CFCE
Dr. Simeon Lao has specialized and practiced in the area of orthopedic physical therapy for the spine & extremities for the past 27 years. He is one of the few Doctors of Physical Therapy who can perform High Velocity Low Amplitude Thrust manipulations with expert proficiency. He is a graduate of Emilio Anguinaldo College Manila, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy, he received his Doctor of Physical Degree From The University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine Florida in 2004. He specialized in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and is certified by the University of St. Augustine. He has an Advanced Certification in the area of Cranio-Mandibular Management through Professor Mariano Rocabado, the utmost expert in temporo-mandibular disorders in physical therapy and is only one of 4 specialists in this area of expertise in the Tampa Bay area. The American Academy of Manipulative Therapy has awarded Dr. Lao certifications in Spinal Manipulation, and Dry Needling as well as on track to complete his Diploma in Osteopractic Physical Therapy. Another area that Dr. Lao has specialized is industrial rehab where he is certified in Functional Capacity Evaluation awarded by the Blankenship Corporation, Human Performance Center in Macon.
